It's Nobita and Shizuka's anniversary, but some reason Nobisuke (Nobita's son) messed up the time machine, and enters Nobita's room without Nobisuke. When Nobita and Doraemon enters the room, he sees future Nobita and Shizuka doing there all of the sudden. Will Nobita's future will change? Or how will they get back home in time?

Vào một ngày nọ, Doraemon đang ở nhà gọi điện hỏi thăm Dorami thì đột nhiên có một lỗ hổng thời gian xuất hiện 3 người lạ mặt nhanh chóng bắt lấy Doraemon. Quá bất ngờ nên Doraemon đã không kịp phản ứng mà chỉ đáp lại hành động bất ngờ của những tên lạ mặt và bị vào lỗ hổng thời gian. Trong khi đó, Dorami nghe có sự việc bất thường ở đầu bên kia và không nghe anh hai đáp lại. Lo lắng cho anh hai, Dorami nhanh chóng về quá khứ nhờ Nobita, Shizuka, Jaian và Suneo cùng nhau giải cứu Doraemon về. Liệu chuyến hành trình giải cứu của nhóm sẽ như thế nào? Và rồi nhóm có giải cứu được Doraemon hay không?

Câu chuyện viết về Thánh Nô nhà ta gặp phải một tình huống khá bất ngờ làm cho cậu trở thành Warrior và giờ cậu phải chống lại những con quái vật được tạo ra bởi những kẻ từ tương lai. Vì tình huống đó mà cậu lo sợ rằng những người liên quan đến mình chắc chắn sẽ bị liên lụy theo. Bởi vậy cậu quyết định rời xa gia đình và bạn bè để họ có một cuộc sống yên bình như bao người khác. Từ đó cuộc sống mới của cậu bắt đầu.
