20XX, somewhere in Japan. Kids are raving all about getting into the best school in the area, Hopes Peak. Everyone except Kokonotsu Ito, a talentless freshman starting out in a school called Morns Peak. This school is specifically to give teenagers talent and grant scholarship to Hopes Peak, but Kokonotsu has no talent. Whats a girl to do when men and women in lab coats ask her to sign something when there's no reasoning.
