None of the students know where she was before then, and the reserved girl shows no sign of telling them either. Miyamoto struggles to come to terms with her past and her quirk, with constant support from Aizawa and All Might. None of the students understand why Miyamoto Katsumi is so reserved, but the quiet strength and powerful quirk in her body brings the attention of one of her fellow students, who believes there's more to her than meets the eye. After seeing her quirk, he subtly beings to study the quiet girl, trying to notice any discrepancies in her stories. When the League of Villains attack the USJ, Bakugo is the only one who notices how Miyamoto reacts to the concept of being captured or killed. That, coupled with what he learned earlier, interests him enough to try to find out what exactly happened to her to make the only expression Miyamoto knows is fear.

Out of the corner of my eye I spotted a familiar, unforgettable face. It was a young man a year or two older than myself with unruly dark hair, piercing teal eyes and pale skin with patches of almost necrotic looking dark discolored skin that appeared like patchwork and was held together by what looked like medical staples and stitches in some areas there were two patches beneath his eyes and the entire lower half of his face starting at the crease in his lips, everything from his bottom lip stretching to his ears and down to his shoulders was the strange mottled patchwork flesh that looked dead and rotting. His piercing teal gaze fell on me, I wasn't sure if he recognized me or not it had been a few years since we'd last run into each other. We completed a job together for some criminals, he was often changing his name so I had no idea what name he was going by these days. His face was an expressionless mask as he met my gaze. He resorted to the nickname he'd given me during our job, it was a nickname that had anyone else said it, I'd have killed them, but there was just something about the way he said it that made me feel almost happy. Sometimes the people who smile the brightest are the most broken.... Endeavor looked around the conference room filled with his sidekicks. He took a quick mental headcount and frowned. The newest recruit, the UA student he'd offered a work study position to, was late. There was a faint pop above, causing everyone to look up as a petite girl with long snow-white hair and bright golden hued green eyes wearing a skin tight green accented silver bodysuit appeared out of thin air. She glanced downward and let out a squeak as she plummeted toward the ground. Sighing, Endeavor kicked a nearby plush rolling chair across the floor to break her fall. She toppled into the plush chair with a giggle that brought a smile to everyone's face. Her name was Ridley and she was a second year at UA. She had interned with his agency during her first year as a UA student. All of his sidekicks were surprised when he'd offered her to continue working with them. He was even considering offering her a full-time position as one of his sidekicks once she graduated from UA. No one expected him to like the bubbly energetic youth since he often came across as surly and far too serious whereas the youth seemed to be a little bit of an airhead. Ridley was almost never serious, there was always a bright happy smile on her face and everywhere she went she left laughter and smiles in her wake. She brightened everyone's days, spreading cheer and goodwill to all who crossed her path. Perhaps that was why Endeavor had decided to keep her, he wasn't immune to her charms though he rarely smiled she did cheer him up and give him hope.
