The 3 goddess Kami, Yami, and Shinigami saw their chosen child was torture and betrayed by his own people .They were enraging by this and wants to help their child of prophesy to get his vengeance on konoha for their betrayed.

But he won't be alone his yandere harem will help him fulfill his goal and killed anyone who get in their way.
