My first Chenford fanfiction. It's about an undercover mission that Lucy is supposed to participate in, with Tim being against it. At this point, they are not together. Lucy has already had a mini undercover mission. I'll let you be surprised by the rest. Even though I want to give the story some time to get started, there will be plenty of moments between the two :) I look forward to all comments and ratings :)

This is what I imagine (want) to happen straight after season 6 ended (Aaron is still in the story despite him having confirmed he won't be in season 7), focus on Chenford, slow burn. The Oscar/Jason storyline is incorporated from season 6 but not Monica. Lucy sets out to prove herself again as a good cop after her disaster with the detective's exam. Will the awkwardness between Chenford be resolved? Or will it all come to a head? Disclaimer - I have stayed true to each character's mannerisms in the show, so if you're looking for a story where Tim calls Lucy his pookie princess and is overly gushy, you won't find that here. I have remained as realistic as I can with each character's actions, behaviours and words.

The group needs a new bar. In their quest to find a better one, feelings among two become apparent after an inebriated night. This story is in between when Ashley and Tim broke up and Lucy and Chris's break up. The whole undercover Jake/Sava thing ended up NOT happening, and they only made out that one time for 'undercover practice'. Too much to work around to really include it. So, no Chris getting Rosalined and all that.

Tim listens to his friends concerns about Lucy's boyfriend Chris. After a violent incident he saves her and a new relationship blossoms. What will be in store for them how will they manage.
