A self-indulgent fanfic about the Sae-byeok x Ji-yeong ship from Squid Game (2021). "They're lesbians, Howard." *AU where they DON'T meet in the games, instead on the streets as thieves.* Sae-byeok does what she has to survive and reunite her family. She joins a syndicate, doing crime to get by and earn the cash she needs to smuggle her mom back from the North. But life is cruel and luck has never been on her side. Her boss exploits her skills and when she starts losing his graces, she receives the brunt of his violence. Ji-yeong, an ex-convict fresh out from prison, becomes her new problem when she's asked to train the newbie. Equipped with a snarky mouth and an appetite for trouble. The girl is hard to work with. Even so, there are times where Sae-byeok finds the girl a bit too endearing.

This novel is fiction based and is based off "Squid game". By that I mean the references in the novel. Two characters, Kang Sae-byeok and Ji-yeong, made up in a love fantasy with the tension they have as they are set up in the game where it costs them their life. There are two parts to this. Let me know if you want to hear of part two, which is more explicit and rated r. Have fun reading!

(squid game spoilers) what if they had removed that gun from ji-yeong's head and let her live? what if that piece of glass had never gotten in contact with sae-byeok's stomach? what if their bond had gotten its time to grow? what if ji-yeong's plans about the future turned into reality? what if they ended up being happy? wouldn't that be great? warning - descriptions of blood, gore, suicide, death, brutality and language also these are not my characters and I do not own them, all credit to the creators of squid game. and lastly, comma isn't my strongest side and there may be some other grammar mistakes throughout the book, since english isn't my first language. hope u enjoy :)
