When Peridot and Lapis are invited to sleep over at the temple, Steven tells Amethyst that she's in charge of showing Peridot how to sleep. A story that takes place after the episode: "Raising the Barn". Peridot is depressed about Lapis leaving and Amethyst helps her feel better.

With the gem war over, gems and humans are living peacefully among each other, two of them being Amethyst, a Crystal Gem who dealt with a lot of insecurities due to being 'overcooked' and small, and a Peridot who was originally stripped of everything she loved, but came to love earth for what it was and even stood up against her leader, Yellow Diamond, to protect her planet. Two different gems who have risen to have a strong friendship, what happens when it becomes more?

Amethyst has to watch Peridot while the gems are on a mission. But things get weird between them two while they are alone.
