Life is going fine for George until he starts feeling... weird. Everytime he talks to Dream, he gets butterflies- Yearning for the joyful sound of Dreams laugh- But, panic starts to set in. Their only best friends, right? George doesn't want anything more, at least he doesn't think. Fearing that these stupid feelings will ruin evrything, George decideds to take a break from the internet. Things in his life change. He loses his apatite. He loses sleep. And, hes losing his connection with Dream. Yet hes still panicking. As he starts to fall into a deep state of depression, he hears a knock at his door. "Who could that be" George groans as he walks across the cold, hard floor to the door. As he twists the handle, it creaks. Shock freezes his whole body. "Dream?!" Trigger Warnings throughout the book include - Panic attacks, anxiety attacks, vomiting, passing out, suicidal thoughts, attempt suicide, rude language, and physical violence.

After Clay gets evicted, he has to live on the streets. He breaks down completely and he doesn't see any purpose anymore. When he sleeps on the streets, he sees a boy passing by everyday. One day the boy comes up to him, giving him food and coffee. After Clay gets a high fever, the boy invites him over at his house, but that's where Clay makes the biggest mistake of his life... Dream passes out and George and Sapnap realise something is completely wrong. At the same time Dream starts realising his crush on George, but George doesn't seem to feel the same... in fact he seems to be homophobic...
