All Mira has ever wanted was to earn her place in the world. Born into an elite and wealthy family, she's spent her entire life waiting-waiting to be strong enough, bold enough, worthy enough. At twenty years old she leaves everything behind to try and join Dancing Pride, a legendary guild that hasn't accepted a new member in years. Armed only with radiant magic, three mysterious wisps, and a whole lot of optimism, Mira's determined to prove she's more than her family name. Oh? You read the summary and you're still here? Then let me officially invite you to open this unpolished diamond in the rough book and join me in this profoundly messy adventure called writing-where being vulnerable on paper means risking internet critiques, and doing it anyway (even if you do cry a little).

Rika is a bibliophile who picked the wrong book to read. Transported to a world like the ones she's always read about, she's not happy to find herself more or less useless. To make matters worse, she's being hunted by two powerful lords and she has no idea why. All she wants to do is go home, even if that means crossing an entire country while dodging soldiers, mages, lords, and monsters. This story is for the 2012 NaNoWriMo and I haven't posted the edited version yet (because it's not done), so be aware there will be a lot of typos in this. Sorry

Can a natural killer learn to be human again? Regan's unique talent for murder makes her a perfect assassin. After a lethal encounter leaves her broken body washed up on a beach, she finds herself adopted by a group of teenage bodyguards. She doesn't intend to stay for long, but soon Regan finds herself faced with a choice: become a hero or stay a villain? *** The boy played with the flat brim of the cap in his hands and looked around the room. He sat back in his chair, trying to look casual, but the heel of his hi-top sneaker drummed rapidly on the concrete floor. Regan sat opposite him with her legs crossed and her hands folded on her tartan skirt. She watched him without a word and brushed a strand of blue-dyed hair behind her ear. Somehow this seemed to unsettle him more. 'Calm down,' she said. 'It's just murder.' *** Author's Note: Darkness Girl: Trickster God is represented by Louise Fury from The Bent Agency. P.S. The epic cover was made by Paul Kopetko (you can stalk him at paulkopetko.com). Enjoy!

"She was the girl who longed for the freedom of the dragon, and he was the dragon who longed to be a man." A heroine reclaiming her fate. A dragon with a secret. A prince on a quest. Olivia flees to the forest seeking freedom from her family's demands. She finds refuge in a cave, only to discover it is a dragon's lair. The dragon, Kaden, is not the monster she first thinks him to be. After overcoming her initial fright - of not being eaten - Olivia discovers that the dragon has a gentle heart. Kaden is resigned to loneliness after centuries of wandering the lands. Meeting Olivia brings joy to his solitary life, and never has he dreamed that a young woman would be the one to start the change in him. A storm brews on the horizon. A prince with a handsome face and a cruel heart is on a quest to slay the dragon, and take the throne. He will do whatever it takes to have what he believes is his to own. And now, he has his eyes set on the pretty little maiden from the forest. He will make her his Queen, whether she wants it or not. © by Maya_2011/Maya Starling

Sick of cliché Wattpad books? Then this isn't the book for you. We take every single over-used plot, character and trope on Wattpad - from player-meets-nerd to my-boyfriend-is-a-vampire - and mash it all into one, awful, hilarious parody. NOTE: This is a parody. Characters have not been created to mock a race/nationality/sexuality, they have been created to lightly poke fun at the way certain teen fiction writers reduce them into crude stereotypes. Thanks for helping this pile of junk get to #1 in Humor!
