A legendary poem whispers words of mystery about a long-hidden treasure in Netherstrand Hall: an extravagant resort in Victorian North Devon. That's why Charles Hannover bought the castle in the first place. Money is foremost on his mind as he watches the sightseers pour in to visit his estate. Too caught up in business to think of searching for the treasure, he has every reason to hope for riches as the owner of such an attraction. But when Hannover hires a scamp as his errand boy, everything in his life begins to change. Breaking into Hannover's gloomy life, Timothy becomes a mystery almost as deep to Hannover as the legend of the treasure itself. What keeps joy shining in the child's eyes? What makes life so delightful to him? As time goes on, Hannover has to wonder if this penniless waif has what his heart has always secretly craved: the riches of a soul which is full of the peace and joy of God. And, when Timothy begins finding old riddles throughout the castle, could it be that this plucky boy is the only one capable of solving Netherstrand's mystery? Teaming up, the miserly businessman and his sunny-natured errand boy delve into the depths of the castle's secrets. But there are footsteps in the shadows; and unnerving scenarios make Hannover fear that they aren't the only ones getting close to finding the treasure. As he races to solve the mystery before any other hand can touch his treasure, Hannover finds himself gaining a far greater prize than money. And as Timothy's nature and zeal for Christ draws his heart, he finds himself longing for much more than silver or gold. The question is, will he find what he's really searching for? After solving the mystery of Netherstrand Hall and surviving life-threatening peril, Charles Hannover wanted nothing more than to adopt Timothy, his plucky errand boy, and settle down to a quiet life in the west country of England. Just as that wish seemed to be coming true, Hannover and Timothy were thrown into a new mystery. Facts prove that Timothy isn't the parentless urchin he imagined himself to be. He has a mother: Rhoda Stinch, a poor widowed hatmaker in the slums of London. But why can't Timothy remember her? How were they separated so long ago? As he and Hannover go in search of answers, they find themselves falling into a more dangerous mystery than they had anticipated-one which may rob Charles Hannover of what he values the most. As he struggles against the plot of a devious enemy, he knows it will take more than his own strength to hold on; it will take his heart fully trusting and surrendering to the will of God. Currently available in paper form on Amazon ! "Why do you do that? Why do you dress like that? Why can't you be like any other girl?" Elijah asked Rachel with curiosity, the girl who was now hugging her books protectively as she looked at her long grey dress she loved so much. "What?" Rachel asked, confused. She couldn't understand why Elijah Bornman, the boy who made everyone crave for his attention, was talking to her. "You heard me." He said, his cold blue eyes never leaving her warm chocolate ones. And with a deep breath, Rachel replied, her voice confident: "Because I am not ashamed of the Gospel."

Sometimes life can get so hectic that we fail to stop, take a breath and just be still. For years I have been committed to having a quiet time each day where I read the Bible and talk to God about what is on my heart, which has been really wonderful but it just struck me today as I began my quiet time that I need to take more time to LISTEN when God is trying to speak to me. When I am more open to Him leading my quiet time, it's so much better! God has so much He wants to say, so much He wants to teach me. 'It's You Again God' is my real day by day journey with God, which follows on from 'It's Me Again God 1 & 2'. I look forward to having you join me! There's no need to read my other books first but you might like to read them at another time.
