Which is kinda hard to do when the top heroes are pretty much shoving themselves into his business, and his life, while hunting him down as his vigilante self. It's a wild, twisting switch between a good and comforting relationship and one only filled with spite and misunderstandings. It doesn't help much either when Tommy continues to push his real feelings aside for the sake of his best friends and brothers, Ranboo and Tubbo. It doesn't help even more when he's still mourning his life before Tubbo and Ranboo. After escaping their breaking family, the Simons. They set off on a journey of freedom, away from the clutches of their parents. As the years go by, in the shitty city they live in with a flawed hero system, they've decided to help those in need in the poorer parts of the city.
