On an Island to the north west, lies the mythical island, named by it's locals as Vakkerskalle Island. This island is home to many myths, legends, and mysteries. However, in the modern era, this island is home to DH Academy, one of the top three school for the training of "Talented" individuals. Unlike it's two competitors, DH is a school that prioritizes one thing, the power and combat potential of it's students. The foremost training ground for the future Mercenaries, Soldiers, and Villain's of the world, DH draws both students who wish to primarily learn how to fight, as well as those who aren't welcome anywhere else. The latter is the case for Damian Saint, a sophomore who formerly was a student at STAT academy. His temper and knack for getting into trouble quickly earned him a transfer to the northwest. Will Damien be at home in his new climate? Or will he find that he's out of league being among such powerful and vicious students.

The Gate Academy. An academy on an island, east of America, west of Japan. A place for the "Gifted" and "Talented" people of the world. For the last two years, this academy has been Kane's home. A place where someone, even as strange as him, fits in. Kane is not like most people, having large claws instead of fingers, fangs instead of teeth. Having the ability to teleport, manipulate physical portals, and as of last year, control mana, a raw form of magic. Yet still, among a world of Heros and villains, demons and angels, magic and aliens, he still feels strange. With a new year ahead of him, and his previous memory issues getting worse, Kane sets out to discover what this strange world has for him, and maybe, what it is his mind is trying so hard to forget. (So, this is like my fifth attempt at one of these gate books. I'm starting with a new fresh take on it, and this time, good or bad, the final result will be the final result, for everyone to see. For almost 20 years, the treaties between the Five Great Nations prevented any acts of violence or declarations of war. For once, the ninja world was at peace, but soon that all changed with the assassination of the beloved Eighth Hokage. The Hidden Stone Village, who was not keen in the first place about the Allied Forces, was to blame for this. They had sent several skilled shinobi to get the deed done, which resulted in several domino effects. This would cause all of the nations to bring back their barriers, defenses, and would force them to be on the guard all the time. Unfortunately, the treaties and the peace between the nations would come to an end, as many ninja predicted that it would. Shinobi are violent by nature, so it was only a matter of time before the peace between nations was just a think of the pass. Just a way to prevent the end of all shinobi. For this reason, all the hidden villages of the great nations, including the Hidden Leaf, have decided to put together a task force that would carry out missions to prevent the destruction of the village no matter the cost. These ninja are more skilled than the Anbu, even rivaling the power of the Hokages themselves, which is why they've been put into a task force of their own. Task Force Foxglove, named after the beautiful poisonous flower that will kill by going straight for the heart. Each clan of the village had a member of their clan specifically picked out by the Hokage to fight in an arena, to determine, out of the twelve competitors, who the strongest six are. And those six will form this deadly task force. The Gifted And Talented Education Academy. In a fantastical world where legend and reality coexist, the GATE Academy shines as a beacon of inspiration. The journey ahead will be a struggle, an epic adventure with all lives on the line, but that does not scare Shizuo Akiro. In fact, it just makes it all the more worth the ride.

This story follows the journey of five teenagers who learn how to harness and use their powers to the best of the their ability to take back the once peaceful world. Now, Lex Luthor has used all the technology at his fingertips to build sentinels, robots and other creations to crush humanity and let technology reign forever. However, these five teens will do anything they can to stop Luthor and his plans. Characters: 1.) Sky- a 17 year old boy, 5'9, average sized build, tannish skin, dark brown spiky hair with a touch of blonde to it and blue eyes. Outfit- A white t-shirt, black leather jacket, tight black jeans, black combat boots and Black Canary's old mask Powers- Canary Cry, hand-to-hand combat skills and Telekinesis. 2.) Luna-a 17 year old girl, 5'6, a little smaller than average size, tannish skin, dark brown hair with blue tips that goes down to the middle of her back, green eyes and full lips. Outfit- Black leggings, a sky blue Nike jacket, black Nikes and a blue heart amulet. Powers- Ice and Cold Manipulation 3.) Scarlet- a 17 year old girl, 5'7, an average sized build, white skin, dark brown hair that is usually up in a ponytail, brown eyes and full lips. Outfit- A black shirt, an army jacket, jeans, white shoes, and army tags. Powers- Shapeshifting and Flexibility 4.) Aries- a 18 year old boy, 6'1, average sized build, tannish skin, black hair combed back and gray eyes. Outfit- A black shirt with a design of Metropolis on it, khaki joggers, white high tops and a scar of the right side of his face. Powers- Teleportation and Freezing Time 5.) Cameron- a 19 year old boy, 6'2, bigger sized build, white skin, dirty blonde hair, and hazel eyes. Outfit- An orange Adidas shirt, khaki shorts, blue tennis shoes and a contraption on his back where his power flows through his body (Like Iron Man's chest plate) Powers- Super Strength (All DC characters and powers goes to them. Well, Gate Acadeny is basically a school for the gifted and talented students in the supernatural department. It covers the basic curriculum but with a little twist which is their P.E. which to then means Power Enrichment. There's many talented and gifted students at Gate but this one follows the story of Faith Kurona who specializes in the art of black magic. Faith, a young 17 year old girl, daughter of one of the powerful witches in hell gets rescued by a group of 3 people who see potential in here and decide to bring her back to Gate and rescue her from her screwed up life. The GATE Academy, still one of the most popular places for creatures with powers to attend, has quite the similarities to a normal high school. Just like anywhere else, students come, feel anxious, grow, fail sometimes, but always learn. Freshman, sophomore, junior, and then finally... senior year. The most important year to teenagers on Earth. The year of fun before they flip the page and enter their next chapter in life. Falen, GATE's most known neko-demon, shares the same interests as any regular highschool student. However, she finds herself spending her senior year revisiting her horrid and mysterious past that will be unlocked and relived once again. Of course, all of this is forced by the one demon she never wants to see again: her father.
