In order to secure new ships and weapons for his armada, Viggo Grimborn travels to a tribe of master shipbuilders and weaponsmiths. The Tribe of the Whispering Trees happens to be hosting a Maces and Talons tournament, giving Viggo the perfect opportunity to speak with their chief.
