He's supposed to befriend Karma and gain his trust, which seemed quite easy to him at first, but overtime he found himself thinking that maybe it wasn't just friendship he wanted with the redhead, and berates himself because it took a stranger threatening his secret just to make him realize..unfortunately he doesn't have much time to learn more about his feelings, because as it turns out, unlike him, Karma doesn't have all the time in the world....in more ways than one

Karma's plan to stay at home and avoid prom is thwarted by his mother who forced him into a fancy prom outfit, locked him out of the house, and even passive aggressively threatened him No other choice but to obey, he goes to prom. Gakushū raised a brow at the offered treat. The red head continues to smiling innocently at him, "well?" he said "aren't you gonna take it? come on we haven't got all day" Karma rolled his eyes before pretending to retract his hand "but if you don't want something to cool you down, I guess-" "I'll take it, thanks" Gakushū said, snatching the cold treat from Karma's hand the red head watched with sharp, eager eyes as the sweaty strawberry blonde removed the wrapper and brought the popsicle to his lips

Okuda asks Karma to drink an unknown concoction after science class, and without a second's thought, the red head did as he was told, pressing the vial against his lips and swallowing the unknown substance At first nothing happened, and after waiting for five more minutes Okuda deemed her experiment a failure and Karma continued on with his day it wasn't until during lunch however when he runs into his rival Asano Gakushū, did the effects finally kick in
