Izuku will have a mixed personality of Garou(despises bullies and heroes, as same abilities), Saitama(unfazed by everything).

Izuku was betrayed by his Classmates after they blamed him as the villain, but they misunderstood him and thought it was him. Nezu and Aizawa we're deeply disappointed to them and went to the prison to take the boy away, but they never know that the boy was tortured by the guards, causing the boy to be put on asylum where he began his havoc ad Deku Who Laugh.

Most would assume that being the son of two top ten pro-heroes would be an amazing life. Well, it is, unless your quirkless. After being diagnosed quirkless Izuku Yagi is neglected by his parents in favor of his sister, Izumi. The childhood friends he thought would be there for him not only turned on him. But also bullied and abused him every day. He suffered in silence till the day he learned about who his dad is, and who he decided deserved One for All. After that, he ran away but soon came to realize his quirklessness was a misdiagnosis. (On Hiatus)

when izuku's been told that he's had no quirk and could never become a professional hero like his idol almight he goes to the arcade and comes across a game where he realized the main character was like him. quirkless but not yet famous. this had actually lifted his spirits a little bit. he then decided that if he couldn't be the world's greatest hero with a quirk or special ability. he would become the very first quirkless hero through intense training and hard work. he would become the pro boxing hero known as the iron fist. his strength stamina agility and speed would be legendary. the legendary quirkless hero. we find gennin team 7 Sasuke Uchiha, Sakura Haruno and Naruto uzumaki along with their jounin Sensei kakashi hatake in wave country as they practice the tree walking exercise to better control their chakra.
