Recently, Ash had hit a valley in the World Coronation Series, in an endless loop of wining once, losing once, and wining again. It gets to the point where his rank has been staying at the same spot, and is starting to stress him out. As this continues, he develops insomnia, and with tiredness, Ash can't think straight, and develops a losing streak. But now Goh and Chloe are taking Ash to school with him! Ash was a little shocked and scared to go to Goh and Chloe's school.

"Why?" Now pulling his knees up and closer to himself Gou tightly held onto them with his arms, nails pressing against legs as he finally let himself to fully look at the other face-to-face. Seeing Ash's confused look he couldn't help but feel frustration begin to grow, pressing rows of teeth against each other before opening his mouth again. ------ In which Gou is scared Ash will leave him, and Ash decides to show some vulnerability. ------ This can be interpreted as either platonic or romantic! I tried to leave it up to interpretation, so take it however you'd like! ^^
