She's another Virgo born in forks and raised by a police officer, true. But the key differences are that Isabella wants to become a vampire, Arabella doesn't. Isabella is willing to die for Edward, and Arabella isn't nearly as dramatic about that. Isabella is willing to leave everything she knows behind for love, Arabella is literally 15 and she doesn't see a point in acting stupid.
