Charakter Inspirationen, Namen, Models, Schauspieler... Falls man also keine Besetzungen oder Vorstellungen eines Charakters hat, dann ist dieses Werk vielleicht eine kleine Hilfe.

Alex Walter war perfekt. Er sah zum Anbeißen gut aus, schien immer gut gelaunt durchs Leben zu wandern und war das Wunderkind der Stillwater High. Und trotzdem schaffte er es nicht, mich auf seine Seite zu ziehen. Das lag vielleicht einerseits daran, dass wir ziemlich unterschiedliche Ansichten der Welt hatten, aber andererseits wohl auch an der Tatsache, dass meine persönlichen Erfahrungen mit ihm eher im negativen Bereich lagen. Mir war schon immer klar, dass ich nicht mit Alex auskommen würde. Und noch sicherer war ich mir, dass weder er in mein Leben, noch ich in seins passen würde.
