Roman mythology is the body of traditional stories pertaining to ancient Rome's legendary origins and religious system, as represented in the literature and visual arts of the Romans. The Romans usually treated their traditional narratives as historical, even when these have miraculous or supernatural elements. The stories are often concerned with politics and morality, and how an individual's personal integrity relates to his or her responsibility to the community or Roman state. Heroism is an important theme. When the stories illuminate Roman religious practices, they are more concerned with ritual, augury, and institutions than with theology or cosmogony. This book contains how the Roman myth created, the story of Romulus and Remus, Roman gods and many other Roman mythology, including the legendary Julius Caesar, The Punic War and Pompeii. 2021 -Completed-

I am aware that there is Egyptian Mythology too, but unfortunately I haven't read the Kane Chronicles, so I'll have to leave it out. Disclaimer: I do not own any characters, the author that I stated above does (Rick Riordan), but this is my own story. Greek mythology is the body of myths and teachings that belong to the ancient Greeks, concerning their gods and heroes, the nature of the world, and the origins and significance of their own cult and ritual practices. It was a part of the religion in ancient Greece. Modern scholars refer to and study the myths in an attempt to shed light on the religious and political institutions of Ancient Greece and its civilization, and to gain understanding of the nature of myth-making itself. Greek mythology is explicitly embodied in a large collection of narratives, and implicitly in Greek representational arts, such as vase-paintings and votive gifts. Greek myth attempts to explain the origins of the world, and details the lives and adventures of a wide variety of gods, goddesses, heroes, heroines and mythological creatures. - This Book of Greek Mythology contains : The beginning of the world : how the world created by the greek myth The Olympian gods : will tell you about the 12 gods of Olympus + 2 (Hades and Hestia) The Greek Heroes : many famous Greek heroes are here including the mighty Hercules, Achilles and Jason. "I don't do tights." The redhead growls and Cisco raises his hands in surrender, backing away from the intimidating young man. "Alright, no tights. Got it." Cisco concedes. *** "Good morning, Emerson." Harrison Wells greets as he wheels in. Dominic narrows his brown eyes, cautious of the man in the wheelchair. Dominic nods in greeting and when he's sure that Dr Wells is out of hearing range, he mutters to himself, "I don't like him." "Why?" Barry asks, offended. Dominic tenses, not hearing "the streak" run in. "You scared me, you shithead." Dominic growls and Barry gives him a sheepish smile. "Sorry." ~~~ "Way to go, Twilight!" Cisco cheers when Mythos enters the main hub in STAR labs, his new vampire form slowly shifting away to reveal the red head in the costume Cisco made him. "Call me that again, and I'll kill you." Dominic threatens darkly, making Cisco swallow his spit hard. "Yup, got it." Cisco squeaks.

Japanese mythology includes a vast number of gods, goddesses, and spirits. Most of the stories concern the creation of the world, the foundation of the islands of Japan, and the activities of deities, humans, animals, spirits, and magical creatures. Some myths describe characters and events associated with particular places in Japan. Others are set in legendary locations, such as the heavens or the underworld. The mythology of Japan has a long history dating back more than 2,000 years. It became part of two major religious traditions: Shinto, an indigenous religion, and Buddhism, which developed in India and came to Japan from China and Korea. 2021
