When his eleventh birthday rolled around, he got a letter to go to a school that if he went by logic, shouldn't have existed at all. What will people think when they find out he's deaf? I have been reading way too many fanfics so I'm creating a world of heroes, villains, and vigilantes. ok if you don't read this you will probably piece things together, so this takes place in a futuristic time where there are 21 districts, There is magic, hybrids, and enhancements. Humans are also rare. There are heroes but to become a hero you need to have a hero's license which costs a lot of money so people who do hero work without a license are called vigilantes so if a hero comes across a vigilante they have to bring them in. Then there are villains who do illegal things over and over again and don't get caught. Vigilantes, heroes, and villains also all have masks and voice changers. Typos? Me? Never!
