Venus spent every day after school writing in the journal she always has for more than the past few years. It's her escape, it helps her leave the world she wants to not be in, the world she can't seem to fit in. Which, made her start writing in the first place. She thinks she has been creating this world for years now. What if after one night of writing- she goes to bed only to awaken to her being in this world she thought she created. Here's the catch, she didn't create it- it's indeed a real place, and now she has to adapt to her new life.

This house feels so big, yet feels like it's trapping me from getting my answer. I passed by people giving me weird looks, some concerned. They didn't faze me, no one looked familiar to me. I kept running towards what looked like a front door. I felt determined, not caring I was still in my pajamas.
I finally find what looks like a front door, instead, I go through a side door. Works for me. No one caught my attention, it was more of what was around me.
The trees- the plants- the creatures. Even the dirt and grass. I had to test my theory, I decided to go a few yards up from the house I just came out of. I go to what looks like a river with trees surrounding it. I went to where I found some vines, I reached up to grab a chunk of the vine off. I looked at it and decided to go for it.
I put it inside my mouth and started chewing, I immediately started to taste- green apple.
I took the piece of what I had left of the vine and kept on munching on it. I looked around and stopped at a big valley of grapevines.
" Hey, stranger. Where've you been? ", a gentle deep voice spoke up from behind me.
I turn around and finally meet eyes with them, with him. Yet again- someone I don't recognize.
" Hi- ", I say not knowing what else to say to him.
" Are you feeling okay, Vee? ", he asks me trying to come up to me, but I back away.
" Vee, it's me. It's Everett. ", he says before everything goes black.
