Then one day a new kid, only two years younger than John, enrolled at Wellston however John finds that he is much stronger than all of them, soon after another one enrolls as well proving similar strength. Ember discharges Vulcan in favor of someone stronger and easily untraceable compared to Vulcan. What they come up with is much more deadly and scarier. Who will be the Champion leader of Wellston? who is the Champion of Ember? All John knows is, he must get stronger.

It is senior year in the world of unOrdinary, and everything seems to be going well. New relationships are sprouting, and so is jealousy and rumors that come along with the package. Out of the blue, an unfortunate incident takes place, and one thing comes after the next. She's been avoiding him. 2nd, he found out that he's diagnosed w/ a very dangerous disease that will eventually take away his life. 3rd, he only has a month left to live. How will he be able to deal w/ all of these? Will he be able to tell Sera everything about his past while keeping his sickness a secret? Will Sera accepts him again? Or she'll remain in the dark until John dies? Taking his fathers words to heart, John Doe returns to Wellston with the intention of expelling himself from the hierarchy; attempting to turn over a new leaf with the ones he fought with for weeks. A short time after John's return, Isen comes to him battered and bruised from a late night battle pleading for assistance as both Seraphina and Arlo are nowhere to be found. With Blyke and Remi's well beings on the line, John has to make a decision to either become the man his wishes to be, or to remain the cold king he was before. How will this unforeseen event build and destroy bridges that were once thought to be unbreakable, and those that were thought to be permanently broken. (All Events take place as John is returning to Wellston and he begins to realize that Seraphina is hiding things from him, however, John has not made any attempt yet to join the Safe House and the clubs trip is still in the planning phase.) The students and royals avoid John while a certain four legged animal try's to help keep john grounded to reality.
