Izuku didn't have time to get depreessed from failing All Might since his phone started ringing. Just cause one path closed doesn't mean there is no more options. Ships or Relationships will kind of be like how Spiderman and Batman have multiple love interests that who know that type of dynamic. I don't know the techinical term.I guess a harem.
