Izuku had a horrible childhood. After his quirk was announced he was put under harsh training. He didn't have a normal childhood. His parents are the number 4 and 5 heroes. Izuku's dad was the ice hero Blizzard and his mother was a flame hero Ador. Izuku's quirk is called body temperature though. Depending on the temperature of his body he can either generate fire or ice. His parents found this quirk very useful and if trained properly he could surpass All Might. What happens when the boy's shell cracks thanks to a certain crazy blonde.

Second Genders weren't really that big of a deal. With quirks providing as much trouble as it did help, people didn't really have time to care or discriminate people based off of these second genders. Alpha, Beta, Omega.
