For one, she was half alien which kind of threw off any dream of normalcy in the first place. Secondly, she was pretty sure that her dad was part of the Batfam. She wasn't one hundred percent sure on that, though. She hadn't seen any of them since she was three. Thirdly, and lastly, she was a superhero. Though, she did suppose that development was slightly more recent. She did what she could to blend in. She kept all her powers under tight wraps, and she pretended. She pretended to be uninterested in anything hero related. She pretended to be clumsy. She pretended to be in pain when 'injured.' She pretended that she was perfectly fine because if she didn't, she would have broken ages ago. So how? How in the world had she managed to find herself as one of the class pariahs where attention always seemed to be thrown at her? And how is it that she's managed to find herself in Gotham of all places once again after twelve years of being away? Trick question. When Mar'i is about 3 years old, her mother left her and her father for taking the new role of the Grand Ruler of Tamaran. Dick Grayson had a grief when the love if his life or his wife left him for ruling Tamaran. Kori said that she promised to keep in touch with her earth family. Kori often visits Earth for visiting her family. But when Reunion has it, a war had crashed down in Tamaran and Kori as the Queen in there immediately leaves her family on earth and never going back. Mar'i is just a young girl that lives with her daddy in Blüdhaven. Since the war and the tragedy, Dick decided to put Mar'i in Gotham with his legal guardian, Bruce Wayne. Mar'i discovered her new life inside the Manor meeting with the other batfam. Mar'i is a hybrid, and .. She got that Tamaran things and Ibn can't let go off his eyes in Mar'i... Well, I will put my OC as her Aunt but.. Myka Ranaka, will not showed in this stories, but I'll laid some hint and clues. Robstar and Demonfire contained.
