Jennifer Shepard is the new Director, and Ziva has found her place in the team. Gibbs and his team are working perfectly together but now - most to Gibbs' dislike - he is ordered to have a new agent on his team. He has all the people he trusts, so why does he need more agents? It annoys him and makes it difficult for the new Agent to feel somewhat welcomed but that is not a surprise, right?
