First of; I don't own NCIS nor do I own any of the characters from the show. The only character that I do consider owning is my own made up one - Olivia Gray. This story is based off of s3. Jennifer Shepard is the new Director, and Ziva has found her place in the team. It annoys him and makes it difficult for the new Agent to feel somewhat welcomed but that is not a surprise, right?
