in this story, rocky fells useless because 1 mission earlier,him,marshall,and Ryder tried to save people from a burning burning of the roof.rocky's ladder broke and it letted all of those people get injured very badly so because of the incident he leaves the paw patrol permanently.what will happen?find out in this book

He tries to explain it to Ryder to try and get everyone to go with him to help defeat the evil mayor, but no one goes with him. So Rocky takes matters into his own paws. Rocky tells Ryder and the pups that he is going to stop Humdinger and no one believes in him, Rocky puts his life in danger, will he save Adventure Bay...
