This fanfic begins during season 2. You get a new job on the show "Wake Up, San Francisco" after moving to California to hopefully start a new and better life away from your abusive past in New York. The old cohost of the show, Rebecca Donaldson, had been offered another job on a news show in Colorado, and you're her replacement. You easily hit it off with the host, Danny Tanner, and he invites you to his place to meet his daughters and his roommates. After meeting them, you start developing feelings for his brother in-law, Jesse Katsopolis, which leads to something you've never truly experienced before-love.

Dan is sent to Kansas to spend time with his cousin Dorothy for the summer and when he gets there he sees that Dorothy is going to lose her dog Toto. When Toto comes back Dan decides to leave with Dorothy. But then a tornado comes and that makes them run back to the house and they end up getting sent somewhere else.
