Mitch Grassi is part of the amazing group, Pentatonix. He's roomates, and bestfriends, with Scott Hoying. Mitch starts to fall hard for his friend Travis Bush, and Travis falls for Mitch too. All while Scott just watches, slowly falling apart. It's difficult watching the person you're in love with, fall for someone else; especially when the other has no clue. Mitch is an aspiring fashion designer and a model who moves to NYC to further his career. On his way to his new apartment, he comes across a young man who appears to be homeless, laying outside of his new building. Mitch approaches the man and offers him some money and food, and from then on, it becomes his most important routine. Scott is a young man who has lost his way. And the only thing he has known for the past two and a half years is the NYC sidewalks. He finally found a place where not a lot of people pass through, giving him a chance to hide his shame. That is until the most gorgeous man he has ever laid his eyes on moves into his dream apartment next to him. Something about him seems eerily familiar, yet Scott doesn't realize until its too late.

Mitch's life was great. A wonderful boyfriend, supportive family, and amazing friends. He has good grades and was passing through his senior year of high school like it was nothing. Scott didn't have it so great. Already graduated 2 years back and job-less, Scott went to med school and studied to become a doctor. He had been in college for two years.

Scott is at college; UCLA, specifically. He tells his friends back home he's majoring in music performance , but what's he really doing? He loves music performance, and after a win on a reality tv show that has now taken him and his friends into the spotlight, how will this affect Scott and his true major in college? Will Scott be able to keep his secret from his friends? Specifically, Mitch? Will his vocal group, Pentatonix stay together? Will he have to drop out of UCLA and give up his dream career?

Scott has been stuck in Freddy Fazbear's diner for five years. He is the odd little Marionette boy that murmurs warnings to the children and parents to "Run, run, run from this place, run from this place run far away." But all of that changes when his old friends Mitch Grassi, Kevin Olusola, Kirstie Maldonado, and Avi Kaplan come to save him from the trap he has been in most of his childhood.
