Ren had always been strange. She didn't mind it. She had grown up, along with her cousin Jake, hearing tales of children who could do incredible things. Special children. She believed in their grandfather's stories with all her heart, for a long time at least. Then, like all children, Ren grew too old to believe in her grandfather Abe's stories. Or at least she had to pretend to. She pretended so well, she even forgot her own strangeness. When she travels to Wales with her cousin and uncle, Ren remembers just how strange she is. Just how peculiar. When she meets a certain dead riser, she's not sure exactly how to feel about him and Enoch certainly acts like he wants nothing to do with her. Still, the two must learn to work together in order to keep the little family together and save Miss Peregrine. Will a friendship form? Or maybe something more? Mostly based on the movie and not the book because it's been too long since I've read the book. The characters still belong to Ransom Riggs and not me. I do own Ren and my cover so please don't steal them. There will be some angst, fluff, romance, a few swears. But, as with all my fics, nothing to warrant a mature rating.

she's stubborn. she hates being touched and she doesn't like many people. her hair is nearly as black as the heart she wants the world to think she has. in the eyes of some she's a monster, but monsters come in many forms, and some monsters aren't really monsters at all. sometimes monsters are just fairies that are scared to be loved. and sometimes they're the ones that deserve love most. Eve is a wild animal. Captured and chained up untill brought to Miss Peregrine. She is bloodthirsty, oblivious to social cues and blunt as can be. She hates the weird smiles, creepy handshakes, and most of all the strange concept of "being polite" So how will she make friends with the other children? And more importantly how will she get along with Enoch.

Enoch O'Connor has always been a jerk. Ever since he got to Miss Peregrine's home for Peculiar Children he's never really made friends with anyone. Until one day Miss P brings in a peculiar girl and his life is turned around. *Disclaimer! Ashlyn Wainwright is a peculiar with an odd combination of peculiarities: She's hallucikinetic, cardiokinetic, and amokinetic. In summary, she can find out what people love and fear and conjure images of it. When her old loop gets attacked, she is saved by Miss. Peregrine. Ashlyn struggles with controlling her powers, as often while she creates images of what people love it turns into what people fear. She is advised to become more stable and secure in herself. To do that, she needs support. She accidentally becomes good friends with the local dead-riser, more commonly known as Enoch O' Connor. Or, maybe it's more than friends? __________________ A Miss.
