This is a fanfiction, but you don't have to know the game to enjoy the story. Comment on anything in particular you find interesting or want to know more about and I will try to elaborate further. This story will also be based off the definitive edition of the game, but like I said before, you don't have to know the game at all to enjoy the story. Waking up in a different body, in a different world, with different abilities, is not something, H, dreamed of nor really wanted in the first place. After throwing a paralysed pedestrian out of the way of a tumbling car, H, himself was struck by an almost fatal blow that would soon take his life if something wasn't done. But something was keeping him alive, but what, was a question that no-one has the answer to. H's, friends are well aware of this, and would much rather go head to head with the underworlds leading hunter organisation then sit tight and hope for the best. So with only a staff, a sword, and a set of daggers, and three backpacks, their journey begins. Warning: If you think I'd be holding back in the swearing, well let me tell ya something. No... This will contain strong language with no restraint. You have been warned. And another heads up. I will be making big changes to how the story played out in the games. And some changes around the story to make it writable; more like adding in my own parts, or taking them out entirely and remaking them in my eyes.

A strange wanderer explores his collapsing world as he searches for a new place to call home. Along the way, he finds an out-of-place cave that hides a secret that will take him to a whole new world. From there, he will find a strange mystical creature unlike any other. Two beings, one of machine, one of nature, will they survive and thrive together?
