Clarke Griffin, a young, kind-hearted and hard-working mother of two teenagers, couldn't be happier with her life. She loves her family, her job, her apartment- it's just romantic relationships that don't work for her, now that she has children, but that's fine with her. Lexa Woods has travelled the world, tried out different jobs, and is fairly happy with tutoring and living with her best friend now. These events take place immediately following the fateful events of episode 3x07. I wanted to rewrite the ending of Clexa (or non-ending in this case) to make up for what was ruined. They deserved a much longer, more fulfilling story. In this story, Lexa survives her fate! But how long will the two stay safe? And will their love have time to flourish in a time of uncertainty?
