So America actually started to hang feelings for him while Russia was just actually trying to take him back to the reform school. So I'm not gonna spoil anything else because I don't want to ruin the book so basically America was trying to kill his um future lover but then got feelings for him. And the reason why I called this book schizo it was actually from a song and schizo, which is a disorder such as schizophrenia. So Russia was actually playing with America like he's his "toy" in the beginning of what I said is that America don't want everybody to know who he is and he doesn't want to be an outcast at all, all he wanted is a never ending relationship if he didn't find the right person for them he will kill them.
