Thousands of heroes gathered together and formed the quirk navy. they were first backed up by 20 governments, but after a century they became a global force of justice that operated all around the world with their leaders being the best of them. together with the help of individual hero groups and local forces of the governments. However, as all action has a reaction; with their growing power, their enemies also get stronger. this is the story of a man who is willing to shift this fragile balance of the world for the sake of good and true justice.

Izuku was alone in the world. Abandoned by the ones he called his family and left to his own accord. But thanks to a chance encounter with the rabbit hero Miruko, Izuku had survived and is now prepared to become the greatest hero ever. Humans used to be quirkless, and they had survived for an untold amount of time, until evolution changed the world into what it is today. He took up the once abandoned sciences and technologys, in as a result accomplished feats thought impossible without a power or quirk. It's been 10 years since the day Izuku vanished, after that fateful fall.... But what happens when he takes another fall, and things change once again. Will izuku make the same choices, or will he eventually change something for the better good?
