King Kageyama is overthrown by king Oikawa of Aoba Johsai. As he wanders around the lower city, he meets a certain orange haired boy that introduces him to his group that are unhappy with the new king. With their help, he sets out to gain allies and reclaim the throne.

Hinata Shōyō believes he will never fly with his tiny, crumpled wings. But then he sees Kageyama's beautiful black wings. The final match. The 3rd set. If the team won this game, Karasuno's would be the number one high school volleyball team in all of Japan. No longer deemed the 'Flightless Crows'. The score was set at 23:24, in favour of the opposing team. It was match point for them, but Karasuno could definitely make it if they tried. But it didn't go exactly as they'd hoped.
