Lance's arms were around him quick, pulling him close and lifting him up. Keith saw Lance spin him around but he couldn't feel it. He was numb. He felt like he was watching it happen from someone else's point of view. He saw how deep Lance's eyes were and how wide his smile was. Keith ran his hands through Lance's hair, trying to capture this moment forever. He couldn't stop the laugh that bubbled out of him. He was so happy, and felt so warm and numb. The moment was surreal, just him and Lance. ... Keith and Lance have been "friends" since high school, but everyone sees them more as rivals. Lance family is very religious and do not support the lgbt community. Keith's family wants what's best for him and don't want him in any relationship or have friendship with anyone. They both have been childhood friends for some time but once they were in highschool they barely say a word to each other. Now it's senior year and lance decided to talk to Keith again and tell him he loves him before the school year ends and they go there separate ways.
