Purtroppo non è così, i genitori di T/n sono incomprensivi, e le nascondono la sua vera identità. T/n soffre a causa della violenza psicologica dei suoi, sfoga tutto il suo dolore nello sport e nella scuola. Un giorno però...T/n avverte dei dolori al cuore, durante l'allenamento di pallavolo, T/n ne avverte uno forte, non dando peso alla gravità della situazione, si sente male e cade a terra perdendo i sensi. Scopre di avere un problema al cuore e ha bisogno di un'intervento. Lì inizia il suo viaggio, conoscerà Muichiro Tokito, un cardiologo, si innamoreranno e vivranno felicemente la loro vita.
