"Where am I?" I ask. The boy's smirk only grows as he begins to take slow steps towards me. As much as I want to back away when he comes close, I stand my ground. I notice that his eyes are a shade of green that is so dark they could almost be black. I take a deep breath to try to ease my panic. I can feel my hands shaking at my sides. He gets so close to me that if I were to shift my weight I would nudge him. "If I told you, you wouldn't believe me." He sing-songs. I become annoyed with his mocking. "Well, then who are you?" I continue to question him. "Wouldn't believe that either." He speaks from behind me. What does he mean that I won't believe him? "Try me." I grit through my teeth. "My name is Peter." He says, finally stopping in front of me. I cross my arms and shift my weight to my right. "Why wouldn't I believe.." "Pan." "Excuse me?" I say, convinced that I had misheard. "My name is Peter Pan."

In which a boy who thinks he controls everything meets the girl who actually does. --- Peter Pan is king of Neverland, a mystical island of his own creation. His Lost Boys serve as his troops and have been his only company for the last millennium. Until his shadow brought a girl to Neverland, by the name of Wendy Darling. But she's not the one this story's about. Why? It's simple. Because she's dead. She broke Peter's heart, so he killed her. Only he and the Lost Boys know what happened the night Wendy disappeared, and Peter means to take the secret to his grave, assuming he ever dies, of course. If the Lost Boys know what's good for them, they will too. None of the other creatures on the island have any idea of what became of the one girl who had ever set foot on Neverland. However, what at first seems to be a siren with a know-it-all attitude threatens to change all that. She knows exactly why Peter's heart is shattered. But what she wants to do with that information is, for the very first time, is absolutely unclear to Peter. That doesn't sit well with the Ruler of Neverland. And whatever doesn't sit well with Peter, he either figures it out or kills it. There was a time when Alicia Knights was nothing more than an orphan with a troubled past. There was a time when Regina Mills decided Alicia deserved better than a street rat life. The young girl was thrown into a world of royal balls and fluffy dresses. She became a princess of the Enchanted Forest. But her adventure as a princess was coming to an end.
