A lady named Sam works for a the 911 Service she blamed herself for the death of a young 15 year old girl who a 34 year old man has murdered her. Sam has been shaken up from her experience and has been working as a 911 service teacher. 6 months later a 911 call comes through and is a similar situation Sam soon after grabs the phone off one of her team members taking the call.
