The world was seperated after the 3rd rebelion and everyone was sent into a maze. In this maze there are 2 girls Oriel and Steph. Every four years there is the labyrinthine but with four tributes from each district, two girls and two boys. Oriel and Steph are drawn at the reaping and forced into the maze for the 3rd laberinthine games.
