Izzie feels very protective of her siblings, as she was more their mother than their actual mother was. Now Izzie is an adult and her younger brother is in college, he develops substance abuse issues, and Izzie worries about him. Izzie's younger sister is in her senior year of high school, and she is hiding a secret as well. Inspired by song "Safe Inside" by James Arthur Cazzie in the background, but the focus is on Izzie's relationship with her siblings. Temporarily on the back burner so to speak.
