Miu and Kaede have been dating since their 2ed year In Highschool, and now Miu wants to take their relationship to the 'next level'. At a Halloween party, Miu tells Kokichi and Kiibo that she wants to propose to Kaede, but doesn't know when the best time is. Or how to do it. Sinse Rantaro and Korekiyo are already married, Miu decides to ask Korekiyo how he proposed to Rantaro. When Miu asks Kaede if she has any interest in getting married (Miu gives her tiny hints), she doesn't understand what Miu is getting at. But, after that, Kaede bakes Miu an apple pie every single day. But, why an apple pie? Is there something in the pie that'll make a difference in how Miu acts? Perhaps, Kaede just wants to make a nice gesture for her longtime girlfriend. Or, is that the real reason..?
