This do be a college au doe, ok moving onto the description now. Izuku and Iida are dormmates, but they're section of dorms is being put under construction after there was a gas leak. All of the students in that section are tossed into other dorms without much thought, administration was more worried about the actual GAS LEAK that was going on. Eijirou and Denki are twitch streamers that are doing pretty well for themselves. They're also roommates, so that helps.
