Since his mother's obviously unemployed and his father doesn't get paid too much at his new job, Remus starts working at the local library, the one closest to their new apartment. Also the library where these four kids from his new high-school hang out to mainly do school projects and research. A wolfstar AU (no-magic) {a relatively short story} The 1970s, a wonderful time of bold makeup, bell-bottom jeans, vinyl shops, police brutality and rampant homophobia. You get the gist. In which, Remus Lupin is a fresh-faced wallflower just out of college, supporting his community in miniature efforts, as to not get noticed. Sirius Black, maybe not as fresh-faced but still just out of college, is, let's say, a little bolder. He's happy to be noticed - even happier when it's the freckled boy that hides in the library. Disclaimer: my parents weren't even a twinkle in someone's eyes in the 70s. Historical accuracy isn't going to be my focus point; but I'll try my best.
