Six years later, they're not the same people anymore. Nic is no longer the reckless college boy. He's built something real-expanding his father's business into a thriving empire in Los Angeles, working with elite athletes and shaping careers. Focused. Disciplined. Untouchable. Olandria is exactly where she always dreamed she'd be. New York shaped her, but now she's ready for more. Her designs have a name, her vision has weight... and her next move is Los Angeles. When they reunite at a mutual friend's wedding, everything feels the same and completely different. The chemistry is still there. Stronger. Heavier. Harder to ignore. The history between them hasn't faded it's settled. This time, distance isn't an excuse. This time, they're in the same city. Same orbit. Same space. Same unfinished story. But six years changes people. Priorities. Fears. Expectations. And the question they avoided back then? They don't get to avoid it anymore. Are they still a bad match... Or is this finally their rematch?

He left a mark I never asked for. Now he wants to finish the piece. Amina Westbrook didn't choose motherhood. But when her younger sister dropped a baby and disappeared, Amina stepped up, raised that little girl as her own, and never looked back. Seven years later, the past comes tatted, cocky, and fine as hell-standing in the grocery store with the same hypnotic eyes her daughter sees in the mirror. Santiago Vega. Zuri's father. The man who left before he ever knew she existed. Now he wants in. He wants time. Forgiveness. A chance to be a father. And every time he shows up with that deep voice and soft smirk, Amina hates how badly she wants to let him. Santiago isn't just showing up for Zuri-he's showing up for her. Fixing things she didn't ask him to fix. Dropping money in her hand like it's his right. Touching her like he already knows how she breaks. Amina's been holding everything together for so long, she doesn't know how to let go. Doesn't know how to want someone who actually stays. But Santiago stays. Through the attitude. The boundaries. The sparks that keep catching fire. And when he finally gets his hands on her? There's nothing soft about it. Now she's spiraling in his sheets, clashing with him in front of her family, and falling harder than she ever meant to. Because Santiago doesn't just want to play daddy. He wants the whole damn family. And this time, he's not leaving until he has them. Ink Don't Lie is a gritty, emotionally charged, standalone romance about second chances, found family, and the kind of love that refuses to walk away.

Cee Ayers doesn't let people in-he's got walls built from years of learning that trust is dangerous. Zeph Carter doesn't need an invitation-he sees through the silence, through the sarcasm, and meets Cee exactly where he is. What starts as an easy friendship shifts into something heavier, something neither of them expected. But love-real love-means letting yourself be seen, even when it's terrifying. Sample Scene: Cee was sprawled on Zeph's bed, noise-canceling headphones on, iPad in hand, locked into his game. He barely noticed when the mattress dipped, barely reacted when Zeph's warmth pressed against him. Then Zeph slid on top of him. Cee exhaled through his nose, adjusting his grip on the iPad, ignoring the weight pressing him into the mattress. A slow, deliberate kiss landed on his neck. Then another. Cee tapped his screen. "Move." Zeph didn't. Instead, he bit down gently, then soothed the spot with his tongue. Cee tensed. "Zeph." Zeph hummed against his skin, pressing more kisses, dragging his lips up the side of Cee's throat. His hands settled on Cee's ribs, thumbs rubbing slow circles. Cee's fingers twitched around the iPad. He tried to focus. He really did. Then Zeph bit again, harder this time. Cee sighed, dropping the iPad onto his chest and yanking off the headphones. "You deadass?" Zeph grinned against his skin. "Been deadass." Cee huffed, tilting his head to the side in surrender. "You so fuckin' annoying." Zeph just chuckled, lips finding Cee's jaw. "Yeah, but you love me though."
