My heart pounded in my chest as I ran... I ran through the corridors that seemed to stretch endlessly. Blinking back tears that blurred my vision, I desperately sought an escape. If only I could get out and get the cops to help us. My trembling hand opened a large, imposing door, hoping it would lead to safety. But as the door swung open, my legs gave way beneath me and I collapsed to the floor in horror.
