After a successful raid in Paris Ragnar and his men sailed back to Kattegat, but on their way back a baby cry got his attention. He found a baby girl inside one one of his ships, in stead of abandoning her he decided to take care of her as if she was his own. Before he left for Paris he payed a visit to the Seer, he told him about his trip to Paris but that he also would find something not from this world and now here he stands in one of his boat holding a baby girl in his arms.
