Wilbur gets drunk one day and finds himself stumbling into a familiar city, with a familiar owner. The one and only Quackity from Las Nevadas.

"Quackity please-" he walked towards him. Once Wilbur was close enough, Quackity reached out and grabbed him by his faded yellow jumper, pulling him down to his level. Their faces were mere inches apart. "Wilbur Soot when I say something, I mean it. I refuse to be bargained with. I don't want you here." But Wilbur wasn't looking Quackity in the eyes anymore.
