Melanie and Stiles' relationship continues, as well as the many friendships encountered along the way. Not only that, but Melanie has multiple issues of her own now. With Peter Hale responsible of the hospitalization of Melanie and her close friend Lydia, the two girls have yet to figure out what they are. Melanie being something entirely different than one of her best friends, Scott. Leaving her to figure out what she is, and how to control it.
