Katherine (Kate) Frances somewhat wasn't your average 16 year old girl. She has a math, English, history and electives just like any other teenager in high school, but she does have her quirks just like other people. Something that makes everyone special in their own way. Kate isn't popular or anything, but she does have some friends. Kate loves her gift that makes her different from anyone else, but the thing is that she doesn't show her special gift to the world that often. Just when she is around her closest friends in the whole wide world or when she is alone and by herself....or so she thought. So what happens when one of the football stars at Ranchvile High School decides to walk home one day because practice was cancelled and really wasn't in the mood to ride home with the guys. Will Kate push this football star away and act like they never met before? Or will she allow him to get to know her, become friends with this football star and find out the age old question: Is the grass really greener on the other side? 16 year old Joseph (Joe) Baker is the Tight End Football Star at Ranchvile High School. He is one of the most popular guys at school. He is a nice guy, loves to play other sports besides football and is the smartest person on the football team. Not the smartest person in the whole school, but at less on the team. Joe likes his life and his friends, but sometimes he wonders what it would be like if he wasn't "Popular" and "On the football team". And he may just get that chance by meeting the most unlikely of people. By deciding to walk home instead of riding home with the guys, he meets someone new and something special about them. Will Joe be to weirded out by this person to get to know them better? Or will he see something special about this person and want to become friends with them? Maybe even more then friends?

Soca High is just like other high schools, but with a few differences. At Soca High, the students have math, history, English and etc. Just like at regular high schools, but at Soca High, their PE is actually a Fight class. Students battle each other to see who will graduate to become full fledge ninjas. Sixth Period PE is the strongest students out of all the students at Soca High. And because of that, that period as the top two gangs they have at Soca High, with a few other students. That is the other thing about Soca High. They have gang groups at their school. Depending on how strong you are, determines what gang you are in. Now, not every single student at Soca High is in a gang, but a majority of them are. (AN: In case you were wondering, the top two gangs groups are: The Akatsuki and The Demon Holders.)So, what would happen if Soca high got a new face among them and turned their world upside down? Will there be more tension and chaos between the gangs? Or will there be some alliances formed? Will some of them even find love?
